a.) A change in zone classification from A (Exclusive Agriculture) to NR (20) (Natural Resource 20 acres) or a more restrictive district; (b) A Precise Development Plan for a 4,800-square-foot metal warehouse and oilfield-contractor storage yard; and (c) Exclusion of approximately 78.96 acres from Agricultural Preserve 10. The project site consists of a single parcel of record totaling 78.96 net acres. The project site is developed with a 4,100-sq. ft. warehouse building constructed prior to 2006, with a small portion of the parcel also being utilized as an oilfield contractor storage yard. Additional on site development includes a cargo container used for equipment storage, and an office trailer. The purpose of the request is to allow the future construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. warehouse building for additional equipment storage.
