Construction of a day use trailhead entrance and parking lot, with a universal accessible trail and stairway through the west edge of the San Joaquin Hatchery grounds that will connect to the San Joaquin River Parkway Trail and Lost Lake Park Recreation Area. The parking lot and associated trailhead facilities occupy approximately 2 acres, and the trail is approximately 1 mile in length and will be approximately 12 feet in width.
