Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The applicant proposes to install a pre-fabricated footbridge over an unnamed tributary to the San Joaquin River. Installation of the crossing will include the construction of abutments on both sides of the bank, without intermediate piers. The banks will be excavated to install the abutments. The approach sections of the trail will be graded to match the elevation of the bridge abutments so that the trail is level. In order for access to be created for heavy equipment, some trees will be trimmed or removed.
