Document Description
Changed Plan 02-18-5124 proposes the construction of two Serrano Summit project retaining walls, designated "K" and J2" respectively on the project plans. Wall "K" is proposed along a 420-feet. segment of the westerly property line, adjacent to a planned home owner's association recreation center. The exposed face of Wall K, which will be partially screened by trees planted on the slope, varies in height from 5.6 feet to 18.9 feet; with approx. half of the wall between 15 and 19 feet tall. Wall "J2" is proposed along a 600 feet segment of the southeasterly property line, between future single-family residential and public facility open space. The exposed face of Wall "J2" is approx. 21'-6" at its tallest point. Both walls represent a redesign, including increased height and length of walls previously approved at the approximate same locations via Tentative Tract Map 17331. The revisions are deemed consistent with the scope of a previously approved and evaluated project.
