Site Development Permit 07-19-5294 is a request to establish a Master Landscape Plan for the common area slopes and parkways within the Serrano Summit project site. The Plan contains specific landscape species, plant installation sizes, plant height and width at maturity, and streetscape paving material for the associated areas within the project site, which include:
• Backbone streetscape including parkways, slopes, and Mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls (letter lots T & U of TTM 18188 and lots A-D of TTM 18189),
• Roundabout at south end of Serrano Summit Drive
