Document Description
Tentative Parcel Map and Lot Line Adjustment to divide ~163 acres into one 2.73-acre homesite parcel and 6 agricultural parcels of at least 20 acres each in the AE-20 Zone, with one exception pertaining to a lot with extreme variance in shape with regard to the homesite parcel. There are special circumstances which affect the proper design for the property: the proposed property lines follow the existing terrain. The proposed homesite parcel contains two existing residences. Special Use Permit No. PSP 08-097 (AA) was filed to allow the second residence on the property because this project would increase the density on the proposed homesite parcel, necessitating the use permit.
