Request by Doug Thomsen for a Minor Use Permit to allow the construction of a 6,340 sq. ft. winery that will include: a 735 sq. ft. processing area /910 sq. ft. barrel and case good storage area; 1,525 sq. ft. covered porch; 1,225 sq. ft. tasting room; 195 sq. ft. restroom; and a 1,750 sq. ft. outside crush pad. The project includes a request for Six Special Events with no more than 80 attendees in addition to Industry-wide events allowed by ordinance. No amplified music is proposed. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 22,000 sq. ft. (0.5 acre), which includes two new driveways and five car parking lot, on a 36.2 acre parcel.
