Request by Doug Thomsen for a Minor Use Permit to allow the construction of a 5,389 sq. ft. winery that will include: a 1645 sq. ft. production area / case good storage area; 1704 sq. ft. covered porch; 630 sq. ft. tasting room; and a 1410 sq. ft. outside crush pad. The project includes a request for Six Special Events with no more than 80 attendees in addition to Industry-wide events allowed by ordinance. No amplified music is proposed. The annual maximum case production would be up to 5,000 cases produced from off-site grapes. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 22,000 sq. ft. (0.5 acre), which includes two new driveways and five car parking lot, on a 36.2 acre parcel.
