The Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA) applies Citywide
Note: review per lead
The project is the adoption of a Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Ordinance. The Ordinance provides a uniform and comprehensive set of standards and regulations, along with permit requirements, for the installation of wireless telecommunications facilities in the City. These include installations on private property, public property, and in the public right-of-way. Currently, the City of Agoura Hills Municipal Code allows such facilities upon approval of a CUP in certain zoning districts, but there are no specific standards or requirements established for them.
