The subject property consists of a parcel of land, encompassing approximately 40 acres more or less, commonly referred to as Assessor's Parcel No. 514-170-005-7. The parcel is contiguous to trust lands.
Currently, the subject property is vacant with only an abandoned water tank and mild vehicle disturbance on the flat portions of the property. It is an ongoing effort to consolidate Reservation lands. The Tribe determined that the purchase of this land was necessary to facilitate tribal self-determination and self-governance. The Tribe has no other contemplated use for the parcel.
