Document Description
The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Dr. Jack Herring, representing Yosemite Highlands, Inc. The applicant shall perform channel cleaning of an unnamed tributary if Indian Creek by removing sediment and debris at two Class II Watercourse crossings "B" and "F" as part of the commercial harvesting of timber per THP 4-09-009/MAR. Water drafting will occur at two Class II Watercourse crossings "A" and "B".
