The Program is a coordinated, multi-agency regulatory review which authorizes multiple activities that fall within the limits of the permit conditions, whereby regulatory conditions are incorporated into the project designs and specifications, and implementation is monitored and reported to the agencies on an annual basis. In 2011, a maximum of 20 projects will be implemented.
