Document Description
The 2000 Point of Delivery Agreement (SWPAO #00037), dated March 16, 2004, provides for storage in Semitropic Groundwater Banking and Exchange Program and for the future return of water to Zone 7 by December 31, 2010. Tjis Agreement extends the term of the Agreement of December 31, 2020 or until the delivery of all return water hs been completed.
