The University of California, Irvine will pruchase 401 Tilting T Drive, an approximately four-acre property in borrego Springs, California, which contains an approximately 4,280 square foot structure, previously operated as the Borrego Springs Desert Club, gravel parking area, and a swimming pool. After completing the purchase, UCI will perform maintenance, renovatio, and repair work to the property and structure, including interior seismic upgrades.
