The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) acting Lead Agency for Sundale Mutual Water Company, is issuing a water supply permit for the operation of Wells 3, 4, & 6 and a 500,000 gallon tank. CDPH is recognizing the Wells 3, 4, and the 500,000 gallon tank, currently in use, for the first time. Well 6 is a replacement for Well 2 and has already been constructed, and will also be included in the permit.
