Document Description
The City has proposed making improvements to the Guadalupe Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Improvements are to the existing facility and consist of: an upgrade to the headworks, conversion of current pond system to an extended aeration design, new sludge handling facilities, an upgrade to the existing irrigation pump station, dredging the existing ponds and disposal of solids, and miscellaneous site work. The access road to the facility will also be repaved to provide an improved, all-weather access to the plant. These improvements do not increase the capacity to the existing WWTP above permitted levels.
