- Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) permit to Caltrans to enter Mt. Tamalpais State Park for access to and subsequent transfer of jurisdiction (TOJ) of a parcel of land approximately 500 feet long (approximately 3800 square feet) of land parallel to and adjacent the east shoulder of Hwy 1 near mile marker 10.95. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry willl comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, Caltrans will notify DPR if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, Threatened/Endangered Species, or other resource issues are identified within the area.
