PRC 6414 and issuance of a new general lease- public agency use 66-year lease to the California Department of Parks and Recreation for certain lands within Candlestick Point.

[Sec. 15060(c)(3)(CCR] Termination of Lease No. PRC 6414 does not have a potential for resulting in either a direct physical change in the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, and is not a project in accordance with CEQA. Settlement of title and boundary problems is a statutorily exempt activity in accordance with CEQA.
