Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace a 10'x45' modular office building which was damaged by fire. The new 20'x48' modular office building will be located on the same site as the previous modular office. Existing site is asphalt/soil. Ground disturbance is minimal to include earthquake restraints required on modular buildings.
