Document Description
The purpose of this project is to install a geomembrane liner on the upstream face of South Lake Dam to mitigate for seepage and extend the effective life span of the structure by up to thirty years. South Lake Dam is a hydroelectric facility regulated under the Federal Energy Commission (FERC). The project does not require an amendment to the exisitng FERC license for the South Lake Dam facility.
