The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 is providing state funds for the the project . The Yuba City Unified School District proposes to study the following project alternatives: Well replacement or modification; consolidation/interconnection prospects with the City of Yuba City; treatment options for arsenic and manganese; and developing a feasibility study report; developing a labor compliance program; developing final plans and specifications for the selected construction project; and preparing CEQA documentation.
