- Document Description
- Note: Review Per Lead The California Valley Solar Ranch Project includes construction of a 250-MW solar PV electricity generating facility on previously disturbed, former agricultural land and the construction of related electrical transmission facilities. The Project also includes construction of a 4-mile 230-kilovolt (kV) interconnection line to connect to PG&E's existing Morrow Bay-Midway transmission line. As part of the Project, a 35-mile segment of the Morro Bay-Midway transmission line would be reconductored (upgraded), traversing from San Luis Obispo County to Kern County. To produce aggregate base for access road construction, the Twisselman aggregate mine would be established nearby on the site of an existing borrow pit (addressed as a connected action in the EA).
