Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#1600-2010-0155-R6[Revision1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Desert Sunlight Holdings, LLC, and its subsidiaries, Desert Sunlight 250, LLC, and Desert Sunlight 300, LLC, represented by Ms. Lisa Bodensteiner 353 Sacramento Street, Suite 2100, San Francisco, CA 94111. Ph: 415 935-2500. Desert Sunlight Solar Farm consists of three main components: The main 550 MW photovoltaic (PV) solar farm site, a 220kV Gen-Tie line, and a 500/200-kV substation (Red Bluff Substation). However, this streambed agreement will cover only the main PV solar farm site and the 220-kV Gen-Tie line (project).
