County File #LP09-2078. The applicant seeks approval of a land use permit to establish a wireless telecommunications facility on the subject property. The proposed facility will be comprised of three poles: one 30-foot tall pole with 6 antennas attached, one 16-foot tall with three antennas attached and a third 16-foot tall pole with an additional three antennas attached for a total of 12 antennas. The facility will also incorporate one 400-square-foot (20' x 20') Verizon sublease area with electrical equipment and a 170-square-foot lease area for the back-up generator. An eight-foot tall chain-link fence will be constructed around the equipment pads to delineate the perimeter of the facility. Included in the project is a request for a tree permit to allow work within the dripline of thirteen (13) code protected Oak trees.
