Document Description
FT Land, LLC proposes a 771-acre rural mixed use project within Tassajara. The project would include 187 units, approximately 671 acres preserved for agricultural and open space uses including an olive farm, community gardens, and a cemetery, and approximately 10 acres dedicated to public/semi-public uses including a religious facility and a fire training facility. The project is also proposing a General Plan Amendment, rezoning, subdivision, and development plan.
