- The proposed project includes the construction of 291 single-family dwelling units, and development of 10.7 acres of neighborhood commercial uses. The commercial portion of the project will include uses which provide goods and services primarily for nearby residential areas, and other uses which are small in scale and intensity in order to limit adverse impacts on nearby residential areas. The project includes a General Plan Amendment for a portion of the site from Light Industrial and Public Facilities and Unclassified to Planned Development.
