Document Description
Conversion to vineyard of +/- 22.8 acres (+/- net vine acres) gently to moderately sloping annual non-native grassland (i.e. maintained turf) and redevelopment of +/- 19.5 acres (+/- 17 net vine acres) of existing vineyard within an existing golf course (slopes typically 4 to 25%, averaging 14.5 %). The project applicant has prepared an Agricultural Erosion Plan (ECPA) as required by Napa County Code (Chapter 18.108, "Conservation Regulations").
