Document Description
The project includes the conversion of non-native grassland to 42.6 acres consists of 4.0 acres planted without the benefit of an erosion control plan, the replant of 12.7 acres of existing vineyard planted without the benefit of an approved Track II erosion control plant, and then redevelopment of 3.1 acres of existing vineyard planted prior to 1993, and the development of 22.8 acres of new infill vineyard within existing blocks within a 354.95-acre parcel. The project proposes the maintenance of existing and proposed erosion control measures within six vineyard blocks with topography ranging from gently to moderately sloping (slopes typically 2% to 27%) non-native grassland at elevations between approximately 160 and 265 feet above mean sea level.
