This project is a Use Permit for truck stop that will include a 7,700 square foot convenience store with an attached 3,000 square foot fast food restaurant, a 3,500 square foot maintenance building, and a 1,200 square foot storage building. The project is expected to generate 1,133 new daily trips including 77 new AM and 95 new PM peak-hour trips. The project site is currently vacant. This project is not under Williamson Act contract. The project is located on the east side of Thornton Road, 800 feet north of State Route 12, west of Lodi, near I-5 in Flag City.
