Document Description
Assess the potential off-reservation environmental impacts of the Yurok Hotel and Casino Project. The TEIR is being developed in accordance with the Tribal-State Gaming Compact (Compact). The Tribe proposes to develop a Class II/III Gaming Complex with a 120-room hotel (Proposed Project). The casino would be approximately 30,000 square feet, and would accommodate 349 gaming machines. The 120-room hotel would be constructed adjacent to the casino. Approximately 500 surface parking spaces and two restaurants would also be constructed as part of the Proposed Project.
