- Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit will allow: • An increase to the permitted maximum tonnage from 500 tons per day to 650 tons per day; • An increase to the permitted hours of operation from 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week, 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; • Permitted Operations are changing from "Composting" to "In-Vessel Digestion" in order to comply with the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3.2 effective January 1, 2016.
