Document Description
The Caltrans proposes to repair a segment of roadway and the adjacent slope on SR 128, approximately 5 miles southeast of Booneville in Mendocino County. Repair will consist of stabilizing the slide area by constructing 5 anchor walls below the roadway and constructing a rock buttress at the toe of the failed slope; reconstructing the roadway to improve its vertical and horizontal alignments; improving and replacing elements of the existing drainage system; and implementing permanent erosion control measures.
