The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing Amendment #2 to the Streambed Alteration Agreement issued for the Belgian Well Pad Project. Project changes include the addition of approximately 0.99 acres of well pad area to the continuous well pad area proposed in the original Agreement. The additional impact will occur within one (1) of three (3) unnamed drainages located in the Project area.
