- The California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Belgian Well Pad Project. The overall Project is limited to the construct of well pads in an area of approximately 163.5 acres which will impact three (3) unnamed ephermal drainages located within the Project area. The CDFG has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
