- Site Development Permit that would permit the prior unauthorized construction of a 112-space paved parking lot along with remediation and mitigation for the unauthorized placement of soil into sensitive biological resources during the unauthorized construction. At the direction of the State Regional Water Quality Control Board and the City of San Diego staff, the parking lt was modified through the removal of the existing asphalt pavement and a portion of the curb closest to the San Diego River. A new curb and pavement was installed to observe the drip-line of existing trees along the river. Additionally, a ten-foot-wide easement extending from the western portion of the property at the existing footbridge to the eastern portion of the property would also be included for development of a future five-foot-wide trail. The 1.7-acre project site (that is part of the larger 39.4-acre Town and Country Hotel site) is located at 500 Hotel Circle North within the MV-M/SP Zone, the OF-1-1 Zone, the Transit Overlay Zone within the Mission Valley Planned District Ordinance of the Mission Valley Community Plan area. (Legal Description: Portions of Lot 2 and 4 of Map 3755; portions of Lot 4 partition of Pueblo Lot 1105, map No. 1029). Applicant: Town and Country Hotel and Resort.
