Document Description
The proposed El Monte Educational Center would serve as a new satellite classroom facility for Rio Hondo Community College. The new one-story building would comprise approximately 5,943 square feet, and include 4 classrooms, toilet facilities, a workroom, and offices. Each classroom would be approximately 919 to 963 square feet in size. Total seating capacity for the classroom building is estimated to be approximately 192. The District intends that the El Monte Educational Center would also serve as a local community facility when the classrooms are not in use.
