Document Description
The proposed Campus Master Plan Revision involves demolition, and in some cases relocation, of certain existing buildings and uses on campus; the renovation of existing buildings; and the construction and eventual operation of new buildings and campus facilities. The master plan revision would also involve improvements to the circulation network in and around campus, to include realigning main vehicular roadways and improving bicycle and pedestrian linkages, and enhancements to the campus open space network. To address existing infrastructure deficiencies and accommodate construction and operation the proposed master plan, the Campus Master Plan Revision may also include improvements to the on-site water, wastewater, storm drain, chilled water, hot water, electrical distribution, reclaimed water, and natural gas systems.
