This NOD is being filed for an amendment to the Historical and Cultural Zone Ordinance, which is one component of the Project. A separate NOD was previously filed for other components of the project, including: 1) a CUP to allow redevelopment of facilities, parking, landscaping, and other improvements within the existing entry complex area; and 2) request a CUP to allow The Huntington to exceed a maximum daily Vehicle Cap up to 12 days per year, exceed standard operating hours up to 4 times per year, permit certain outdoor activities, and allow filming at any time; and 3) a variance to deviate from the City Code requirement regarding parking lot lighting.
