The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0231-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Granite Construction Company. The Project will consist of activities related to the development of a larger, phased 545-acre sand and gravel mine, including extraction and processing activities that will result In filling and excavation of streams, and stream flow diversion and impoundment. The Project also includes relocation of a natural gas pipeline
