The original project involved the creation of a 32,565 sq. ft. dispatch hall with a dedicated on-site parking lot. The LAHD prepared and certified a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project. Subsequent to construction, it was determined that additional parking may be needed for special events. This Addendum has been prepared to reflect the change to the original project description and evaluate those environmental resource areas that were previously analyzed in the 2011 Final MND.
