Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a 283 unit high-rise residential building with an adjacent, ancillary parking/amenity building and parking on a 2.4 acre site. The residential tower will be located on the northern side of the project site with access from Santa Monica Boulevard and Moreno Drive. A large portion of the site will be landscaped open space. On-site parking will be provided with approximately 708 parking spaces located within two floors of subterranean parking and above grade in the amenity/parking structure.
