Document Description
The project is a licensing agreement between the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the City of Cathedral City. The licensing agreement defines agency responsibilities for construction and maintenance of a 1,065-foot bridge and auxiliary structures over the Whitewater River and the District's Whitewater River - Right Bank Levee. The bridge will replace the existing Cathedral Canyon Drive low water crossing and will not conflict with the levee's function.
