The County of Los Angeles proposes to demolish several vacant and underutilized buildings and constuct a new 250,330-square-foot office building and associated five-level parking structure on a 6.78-acre site. The new county building wouldhouse the seven county department and is expected that the new building will meet Leadership in Engery and Environmental Design Silver Certification status for sustainability.
