The proposed project would involve the construction of a one-story, Walgreens retail building measuring 12,041 square feet, including 2,201 square feet of basement space for storage and the building's electrical room, and 9,840 square feet of ground floor retail space. A surface parking lot providing 30 parking spaces would be located to the east of the building.
