Document Description
The project consists of the build-out development and preservation of the remaining Pebble Beach company properties located within the Del Monte Forest. The project will allow the creation of 90 single-family residential lots, the renovation and expansion of visitor serving uses, and will preserve 635 acres as forested open space.
The project will result in new structural development at three main sites (The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Bay, and Spyglass Hill).
