The proposed project would be constructed in a four phases with the first phase being the construction of a new City Hall, expansion of the existing library and removal of the existing modular buildings. Phases 2 through 4 include remodeling the administration building for new civic use, constructing a new civic/community building and additional parking, and constructing either a City Park and outdoor amphitheater or additional civic/community buildings. Phase 1 is expected to be completed within the next five years and Phases 2 through 4 would be constructed based on funding and need and are anticipated to be completed over the next 10 years.
