- The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction and operation of a photovoltaic (PV) solar facility in the A-1 (Limited Agriculture) and M-3 (Heavy Industrial) zone districts. The project would consist of ~ 70,000 solar modules and have an output of up to 18 megawatts (MW) direct current (DC). The project site consists of 154 acres. Water will be required for washing the solar modules and other routine maintenance. Sewer services are not required.
