Document Description
Note: Recirculated The proposed project involves the construction of a new 469,700 sf corporate campus to support HMA's North American operations. The proposed facility would require demolition of HMA's existing 217,000 sf headquarters. The project is anticipated to generate ~1,300 jobs (for a net increase of ~500 new jobs in comparison to existing conditions). The primary components associated with the proposed project would include an ~419,700 sf office building, an ~50,000 sf technical services building, a five-level parking structure (1,574 spaces), and surface parking (426 spaces). Access to the site would continue to be provided from two existing access points along Talbert Avenue. The original Notice of Preparation dated March 31, 2011 is being recirculated due to a reconfiguration of proposed facilities at the project site. The overall site development intensity (469,700 sf of building area) would not change.
