Document Description
The South Tahoe Public Utility District (the District) no longer needs the structures or the tank associated with the Ralph Tank and Well site. The District will keep the existing well for monitoring purposes and will only need foot access to the well. The facilities on the project site are located in the stream environment zone (SEZ) and they drain to the headwaters of Bijou Creek. Restoration and water quality improvements will include the removal of approximately 4,500 square feet (sf) of impervious coverage (e.g. asphalt concrete), including existing pavement, two structures and the tank.
