AVEKWA intends to modify an existing temporary agricultural turnout, also known as the 294th Street West Turnout, into a permanent turnout by upgrading and replacing existing facilities. The turnout has a design capacity of 18 cubic feet-per-second, which will remain the same after modifications are completed.
